Jombang Earns Top Public Service Award, Ranks 7th Nationally

JOMBANG, MOCOSIK.COM – The Jombang Regency Government has achieved a significant milestone, earning the "Excellent Public Service" designation from Indonesia’s Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB).

The region recorded a Public Service Index (IPP) score of 4.60, a notable increase from last year’s 4.26, which only qualified as "Very Good".

"This Excellent rating is a testament to our shared commitment to delivering the best services to the people of Jombang,"said Jombang Regent Warsubi on Monday (May 26, 2025).

He credited the achievement to the dedication and hard work of the entire local bureaucracy.

With this score, Jombang ranks 7th out of 360 regencies across Indonesia, and 3rd out of 38 regions in East Java Province, placing it among the best-performing local governments in terms of public service.

Warsubi extended special thanks to RSUD Jombang (Regional Public Hospital), the Social Affairs Office, and the Department of Population and Civil Registration, which served as focal points for the evaluation and demonstrated outstanding performance.

The award was officially presented by PANRB Deputy for Public Services, Otok Kuswandaru, during a ceremony at the ministry's office in Jakarta on Tuesday (May 20, 2025), and was received by Jombang Regional Secretary Agus Purnomo.
