Bupati Jombang Hj Mundjidah Wahab officially opened the Rabat Cor road in Mojoagung

MOCOSIK.COM - Bupati Jombang Hj Mundjidah officially opened the Rabat Cor road in WR Supratman Street, Banaran Hamlet, Mancilan Village, Mojoagung Subdistrict on Monday (15/5/2023).

The opening ceremony, which was held along Sayid Sulaiman Mojoagung Road, was marked with a ribbon cutting and also the signing of the commemorative plaque for the opening of the Uswatun Khasanah Mosque, located in Dsn. Jetis RT.01 RW.01 Ds. Mancilan Kecamatan Mojoagung.

The event was attended by member of DPR RI Commission VI Abdul Hakim Bafagih, members of the Jombang Regency DPRD, H. Saichu SE, relevant OPD officials, local government officials, and other important figures from Mancilan village such as religious leaders and community leaders.

Bupati Jombang, Hj Mundjidah Wahab expressed her congratulations on the opening of the Rabat Cor road in Mancilan village. She hopes that this road will facilitate the mobility of the people and ultimately contribute to the welfare of the community.

"On behalf of the Jombang Regency Government, I extend our highest appreciation and gratitude to all parties who have contributed to the smooth construction of this road," said Bupati Mundjidah Wahab.

She emphasized that the opening of this road shows the commitment of the Jombang Regency Government to prioritize the development of rural infrastructure, and particularly the development of rural road infrastructure.

"Building Jombang Regency and improving the welfare of the community is a continuous process, an effort, and a testament to our common commitment to progress. It is our hope that this Rabat Cor road will facilitate transportation and mobility in the area and ultimately lead to greater economic growth," she added.

During the opening ceremony, Bupati Jombang also explained that the management of the road construction as well as the logging of trees along the construction site are the responsibilities of the respective authorities.

"Alhamdulillah, the road that was proposed by H. Saichu, a member of the Jombang Regency DPRD, with a budget of 500 million rupiahs has been completed and widened. Hopefully, with the completion of this road, it will provide benefits and blessings for the community," concluded Bupati Mundjidah Wahab.

Atim Riduwan, the head of Mancilan Village, expressed his gratitude and appreciation toward H. Saichu, who proposed the construction of the road that worth 500 million rupiahs. The road stretches for 213 meters, has a width of 6 meters and 60 centimeters, and a thickness of 20 centimeters.

"Alhamdulillah, the result is very satisfying. Hopefully, the presence of this road can support and enhance religious tourism at the tomb of Mbah Sayid Sulaiman as well as educational tourism in Mancilan village," said Atim Riduwan.

"We humbly request the continued support of the Jombang Regency Government for the betterment of our village. We are ready to collaborate and participate in the development of our village towards a more competitive and characterful Jombang,"added Atim Riduwan.***
